Last week a British website called Which Posed a question that had a lot of people chiming in as to where you store your ketchup. Keep it in the fridge or leave it out.
“Which”… is the British version of “Consumer reports”… had their experts chime in and they’re saying that Ketchup DOESN’T belong in the fridge. It contains vinegar and tomatoes contain acid which helps preserve it in room temperature.
Some Doctors said the only reason to put Ketchup in the fridge is just to keep it cold for taste.
