Welcome to Florida where the alligators prefer Wendy’s.
According the the Lee County Sheriff’s Office a 6-foot-long alligator chased pedestrians through the fast food restaurant’s parking lot in Lehigh Acres, “He may have just been ‘hangry’ for a cheeseburger, but he gave many quite the scare!,” the office joked in a tweet.
The reptile was also spotted by the Lehigh Acres Fire Department wandering through the parking lot of a rehabilitation center across the street, check out the video on Twitter here.
No alligators or humans were harmed and trapper is relocating it to a farm in LaBelle, Florida.
