It’s not uncommon for creepy stories to take over the headlines around this time of year but it’s rare when the story comes from a member of the local police department… and a man of god.
The Daytona Beach Police Department chaplain, Pastor Monzell Ford, told WESH news his home surveillance camera motion detector kept going off while he was sleeping in another room so he pulled up the app on his phone to investigate and that is when he saw the orb.
Ford said, “This orb, this imagery is just hovering in my living room,” he continued, “but I went out there I couldn’t physically see what I’m looking at in the live feed. So now I’m like whooooa.”

He says the orb continued to come and go for hours and at one point event split apart and that’s when he got nervous, “That’s when I’m like nope, nope nope nope nope. Something’s going on here, something’s goin on here.” Pastor Ford has been haunted by some of the things he’s seen but he’s never been spooked quite like this.
