Event starts at 11:00am on April 27, 2019. The race itself begins at noon.
Teams of four will compete in a relay-style race on a Giant Rubber Duck Float. Float and paddle will be provided. Relay will begin shortly after Rubber Duck Race.
This relay race benefits Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia. There will also be raffles and a giant duck decorating contest!
