Shawn Rauch of Sarasota is asking for the public’s help in finding the owner of a necklace filled with a mother’s ashes, engraved with the word ‘Mom.’ Rauch posted a photo of the necklace to Facebook asking people to share his post in hopes of finding the owner. He was on the beach in Siesta Key on Memorial Day using a metal detector when he came across the family heirloom.
“I was neck deep in the water at Siesta Key last night and found someone’s mother’s ashes on a necklace. Share this and help me find the owner!!”
