Oklahoma to Vote on Legalizing Bigfoot Hunting Season

I honestly have no idea how this will end well and honestly I have a lot of questions too. A lot.

A member of the Oklahoma state House of Representatives by the name of Justin Humphrey just introduced (wait for it) a bill to create an official Bigfoot hunting season.

And, no, it’s not a joke. Humphrey wants the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission to, quote, “set annual season dates and create any necessary specific hunting licenses and fees.”

Now, keep in mind that Humphrey comes from a region in southeast Oklahoma that’s known for its Bigfoot sightings, and even holds an annual Bigfoot festival. So who knows, maybe Humphry had some bad personal experiences Bigfoot that has made him so angry that he became a politician with the specific intent to create a bill to legally hunt and murder the aforementioned Bigfoot. That’s just a theory, but I digress.

Insert a reasonable person from the wildlife commission here –>
“Here at the department, we use science to make management decisions, and we do not recognize Bigfoot as a wildlife species.”

Regardless, the bill will go up for a vote and if it passes, it would take effect on November 1st.
