On this installment of Riggs & Guy Brew Review with Josh & Amelia from S.R. Perrott we dabbled into some brand new craft brew!
We kicked it off with Bell’s “Juicy Gossip“. It’s a Juicy Pale Ale with a fruity and juicy hop character and tropical notes. This beer only clocks in at 4.7 ABV so you can sip on some all day! Next we cracked open their “Flamingo Fruit Fight“. It’s a refreshing tarty beer brewed with passionfruit and lime zest. It might not sound like it, but those flavors dance VERY well together. This one clocks in at 5% ABV.
Next round we popped the top on a Lagunitas “Stereohopic“. Checking it at 7.2 % ABV, this was an interesting beer! It has notes of pear, honeysuckle and lychee. It also has hints dark fruit, berries and pine. Put them all together and you have one delicious beer! We finished strong with Rogue “Colossal Claude“. This is an Imperial IPA clocking in at 8.2 % ABV. For it being such high ABV, it’s surprisingly smooth and not a palate wrecker.
