One of my favorite things is a police department with a sense of humor and the Ormond Beach Police Department has got jokes.

This guy took it upon himself to break open the jewelry case at Walmart and walk out with an extensive amount of jewelry. If you know him, let Detective Garcia know, Thomas.Garcia@ormondbeach.org”
